5. Custom Manufacturing and Installation Delivery
We aim to provide prompt manufacturing and reliable installation on all custom orders. Timelines vary depending on custom specifications, fabric or material availability, and your location in the South Bay region.
Once your materials have left the manufacturing facility, we are not responsible for delivery or installation delays caused by shipping carriers, custom manufacturing supply chains, or circumstances beyond our control (such as extreme weather, transit strikes, or local site conditions).
6. Returns, Refunds, and Repairs

Because our window treatments are custom-cut to your property’s exact millimeter measurements, all processed orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded except in verified cases of manufacturing defect or our measurement error.
